Cancellation Policy
A charge will be assessed if less than 24 hours notice is given for a cancellation. 50% of the visit fee will be charged to the credit card on file. If a card is not on file, this fee will be due prior to the next scheduled apportionment.
No-Show Policy
A charge will be assessed if a patient does not show up for an appointment. The full appointment fee will be charged to the credit card on file. If a card is not on file, this fee will be due prior to the next scheduled apportionment.
Late Arrival Policy
If a patient arrives late for an appointment, the remaining appointment time will be used for treatment at the full cost of the services scheduled. Additional time will not be added.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be given after services rendered.
